Background
As OAKunder marshal in charge of the Fasdal chapter house, Hyrkan is a very busy man, important in the city's politics and (especially) military affairs.
Lothar first met Hyrkan on 3 Dec 985 when he produced a letter which eventually led to Lothar's installment as an OAK sergeant.
