Origin: Aeneus

Each plant stands between two and three feet tall.  Bright copper in color, center of buds look very much like a copper farthing.  Seeds, likely poisonous.  Eaten in small quantities they appear to give one a feeling of euphoria.  Continued use forms a strong addiction to the effect.  The poisonous effect slows the breath, causes the face to become very gaunt and the victim languishes in a deep sleep.  On burning the plants in my possession, I felt an “echo” of magic.  The plants themselves are not magical but it is obvious that they have been touched by mana in such a way that an echo of that touch remained behind.

Also known as coin flower and coin rod.  Shipped at great expense from Aeneus, “in-tact shipment requires excruciation pains.”
