Background
Bailey is a young, naive sailor working out of the ports of Pollexia, mainly Eneini. He was accosted by the Piercy Thieves while walking to visit his family in Piercy during shore leave. On Sept. 25, 985, while en route to Piercy, Yule, Shimtalk, Eaidig, Heron, and Gelash mistakingly apprehended him soon after this, due to his acting suspiciously on the open road, but they later realized their mistake and treated him to a meal and a campfire, then sent him on his way the next morning.
