Background
Archienioux is the lord of the area of Aeneus that includes the booming port of Fish Side.
The common consensus among his subjects holds Archienioux in contempt, for he is a rotten administrator who imposes heavy taxation and cares little about the people, just the coin--although this must be an issue, since as of Nov. 4, 985, work on the Fish Side barbican was halted due to lack of funds.
Common knowledge also hold that Archienioux was unwillingly handed his lands by the Aenean king, his second cousin on his mother's side.
