Calendar/986/September/12-Lothar
From Westaven
Lothar: I'm gonna be as obnoxious to the guards as possible until they bring more food and water to myself and the priest dude
GM: ok. You have to heal up a bit, but when you're able, what does "obnoxious" look like for Lothar?
Lothar: LMAO.... just the pounding on the door like before
GM: ahhhhh...the old "pound on the door trick"
Lothar: continously kicking it with my good foot and what not
Lothar: yeppers... make as much racket as possible
GM: ok; they worked Lothar over a bit--and especially brutalized his leg--so it takes him a couple days before he is up to it.
Lothar: ok... just as soon as I can do so I'll do it
Lothar: in the mean time I'll try to call out to the old priest again to make sure he's ok and see what else he might have to say
GM: Without being able to stick your head up to the bars in the door's window, this is a futile attempt.
GM: In time Lothar is back to his health as much as possible (he's down on FP by 3 now due to exhaustion/hunger, plus the lingering bruises and such)
GM: The guards are as rude as ever, and as negligent.
GM: Even with his pounding, the response is weak.
GM: Occasionally they warn Lothar that he best keep quiet or he'll get "more of the same", but one time one says something interesting...
Lothar: listening raptly!
GM: "Your life hangs by a thread in the court, Pollexian. If more die because of you..." and he grins an evil, "knowing" grin...
Lothar: "What do you mean if more die because of me?"
GM: He will say no more.
